Sundays make me happy.
Time to relax, read the papers, listen to the radio, use vintage china.
Family time.
What makes you happy about Sunday?

  1. Love the Radio hun!!
Sundays are one of my fav days but a bit in reverse for us cause we go out as a family, It's my hubby's one day off!
Love to go treasure hunting at carboots,
Eat at a nice Carvery where I pile my plate high with as much veg as I can eat!
Driving round country lanes listening to motown
Coming back home ans sitting in my fav chair with a cup of coffee and reading the magazines from the papers!

  2. No rush to get children to school on time....having a rare nap if my husband takes them to the library after lunch....pancakes for breakfast....having friends over for afternoon tea in front of the fire

(PS Thanks for your lovely comment today! Breastfeeding can be a controversial topic so thanks for your support)

  3. The slowness of a Sunday makes me happy. Thanks for comment re the bag I won in a giveaway....... It's an absolute beauty. x

  4. What a great question! What makes me happy about Sunday is that she is my beautiful third daughter who is funny, energetic, smart interesting & great company. We called her Sunday because we liked the name but it's always been my favourite day of the week. A day for picnics, playing, family & sunshine xo

  5. Not having to rush out in the morning is the best bit about Sunday - and Sunday supper is often a family get-together, so we end up taking it in turns to cook, rather than having to do a big meal ourselves every week.

    Pomona x

  6. Sunday is usually a work day for me so when the clock strikes 5pm makes me happy!!
Thanks for the visit to mine.....
Are you a mystery girl??? You don't give much away on your profile??

  7. It is all about a newspaper and a cup of tea and a cooked breakfast on a Sunday! Hey, just to let you know, I have been caught up in this pass-it along blog exercise and I had to nominate 5 other bloggers, hope you don't mind but you were one - click through to my blog to see what you need to do (if you so choose to keep it up!)
